Contact list just gone! what the f. is ...

Hi,

today and without warning my contacts have been completely wiped out!

The only thing i was connected to was the charger - which wasnt to a computer.

i went to txt someone and every contact i had was completely wiped clean!

i have just connected to my mac and my iphone has wiped the contacts on my phone clean as well.

what the f. is going on apple!

The other day i was working on iweb and the application crashed and wiped out a whole days work.

For the first time in 3 years im really starting to lose faith in these products. At least microsoft have a "recovered" featured....where is this with Mac?

The only thing that has changed for me recently is that i took on a mobileME account. Today, my phone was connected to nothing...nothing other than the charger - which was done through the mains adaptor...not a computer.

how can it just self delete all my contacts????
