synchronise using a different method, however this is a one way synchronise which means the information will be sent to intelligent phone and when you have new information only add it to microsoft outlook, also you will have to do the following each time you update a contact in outlook, another problem is that the contact picture will not be synchronised onto the intelligent phone, go to start
