Delegate for Executive getting delay ...

Seems like a lot of people are having calendar issues. Well, let me add one more issue to this to see if anyone has any answers.

Our Admin is a delegate for three Executives -two have Blackberry's, one has the Iphone. We are using MS Outlook 2007 with Exchange Server 2003. We have tested using MS Outlook 2003 with Exchange Server 2003 as well and have the same issue.

When the Admin creates meetings, the meetings don't show up on the Executives calendar (the one with the Iphone) right away. The meetings eventually show up, but it takes anywhere between 30 seconds to 4 hours. This only happens to the Exec with the IPhone. The meetings post within 5 seconds for the other two Execs that have the Blackberry's. The Admin has all the calendars open and is able to see the meetings get posted (or in this case, not get posted on the one calendar). The Admin is not happy and wants us to fix this. When the delays take a long time to post, she really gets mad. We have checked various discussion boards, posts, Google, and Yahoo but so far, can't find anything. We have also opened a case with Microsoft and have spent over 30 hours with various support levels troubleshooting. So far, everything points to the Iphone.

The Exec with the IPhone will not use a Blackberry, period. We support Blackberry's but recently had to start supporting IPhones. And now, we have these issues.
