Problem between MM and Outlook 2007 ...

We are having a problem between MM and Outlook 2007.

First some 2-4 events on MM were differing by exactly 7 hours from the events on OL07.

So we fixed them on Outlook and set the MM Control Panel in Vista to overwrite the iPhone data with the Outlook data. After they were both the same we would change the setting to Sync.

It starts the sync process and after 2 minutes an error pops up, "Unable to Sync Contacts." Any suggestions how to get the OL07 events to MM?
