My gmail account on my iPhone 3G suddenly stopped working, with absolutely no changes to the settings on my phone or computer. I took it out of airplane mode and noticed only about 25% of new emails came in, and I haven't been able to receive new mail since that point (multiple days).
I've tried editing the account, triple checked my passwords and settings, turned wi-fi on and off, and reset the phone. When I click on mail, it refreshes fine and "updates," but just never finds any new mail.
It sends mail without issue.
Has anyone else had this problem? Does anyone know how to solve it? This is completely ridiculous and defeats the purpose of having a smartphone .
