My incoming iPhone email list shows the ...

I have a hosted web site, which is also my email address.

I use the POP address feature on the iPhone to get my incoming mail.

I noticed about a week ago, the time on my incoming email list on my iPhone email list shows the wrong times; It shows exactly 7 hours ahead.

I checked all time zone sensitive settings and all were correct.

I went to the genius bar and they tried things and it did not work.

I decided to delete my email account on my iPhone and reenter it again.

I noticed that you can pick POP or IMAP. Naturally i chose POP. Did everything and time was still wrong.

I called my web hosting ISP and asked if i could use IMAP; He said yes, I could use it.

I deleted my account again and reentered using IMAP protocol.

It worked. The incoming mail has the correct time!!

The only item i can think of is that Apple had an iPhone update 3.1.2 about 1 week ago? Maybe it affected the POP accounts?
