A Region format question ...

Hi there

I currently have the follow international settings on my iphone:

Language: English
Voice control: English
Keyboards: English (UK)

Region Format: Austria

I do this becuase i live in Austria and us the the number / date formats, HOWEVER, my calendar and date are now shown in German. I'm pretty sure this just changed in the latest 3.1 update.

Any idea why this is happening and how can i have the region format as Austria but calendar and date in english (as with the rest of my phone?)
