Can anyone help me please?
When I plug in my iphone to pc I get this message:
"itunes could not connect to the iphone because syncing has been disabled on this computer". When I click enable...
I then get this message:
"itunes was unable to load provider data from sync services. Reconnect and try again later". but the same problem occurs.
I am running on itunes 9, uploaded 3.1 on iphone. I have reinstalled itunes and also tried resetting sync history. rebooting etc.
I am trying to sync Microsoft Outlook Calandar and contacts on my iphone but it is not working. I do not have the option of checking the box on itunes for the pc and iphone to sync. Previously, all was working well and syncing was seamless but somehow, the pc and iphone are now not talking to each other and I have not manually disabled any settings prior to this problem occurring.
Any suggestions?
